Do they have payment plans at the Houston Eye Associates?

My mom was told today at the doctor that her retina is detached and that she need to see a specialist as soon as possible basically its urgent to see if there is anything that can be done to save that eye and also to prevent that from happening to the other eye but most likely she will need surgery and if so do they have payment plans?
