What are my chances getting into these colleges? (rice, smu, a&m, tcu)?

I am a junior in high school. My high school is big and competitive.my current gap is 3.8 unweighted and 4.3 weighted, I expect it to be better when I graduate. I am currently number 114 in a class of 943 (top 12 percent). I am on drill team and do ballet and modern classes. Volunteer at animal shelter and nursing home. Volunteer as counselor at camp blessing during 1 week of summer. I got a 194 on PSAT (94th percentile) and I plan to improve that on the sat. By the time I graduate high school I will have completed 8 ap classes, 7 honors/ preap, and only 3 level( not including electives). I live in Houston area. What are my chances at tcu, smu, a&m and rice?
