I seen duck eggs in my apartment complex but have not seen the mom hatch them at all what should I do? Help!?

It's about 8-10 duck eggs. It froze here in Houston last week, but this week we have pronounced rain and it may freeze tomorrow or the next day. Should I put the eggs in a box with a light bulb?
