Xbox Non-Downloadable Demo? Help?

Hey everyone from Xbox. I have a problem downloading fight night champion demo. When I go download it, click confirm, and it says "You are not permitted to download games with this content. I changed my family settings to everything mature and over 18. And everything allowed, could you please help me out? I am over 18 on my windows live account, why isn't it working?
