What could i do to this car?

I'd forget it if I were you. To spend 22K on a 16 year old car is ludicrous. Use the money to get a new 6 cylinder Camaro or Mustang, which are almost as fast/as fast as 8 cylinder cars of years ago. Plus get better mileage, a warranty and reliability. You don't want other people's problems.
